First your drive up speaker does not work could not understand or hear your employee the fries taste freezer burned they were cold my double del was the worst hamburger I have ever eaten! The food was terrible, the girl at the drive up window acted like she really didn’t want to be there, no manners I haven’t been to this location for quite a while it use to be great what happened if you want good food go some where else!

I travel a lot for work and end up eating more fast food than I should. I avoid eating meat so I wanted to try some Impossible/Beyond options at Del Taco. Staff members were helpful and friendly and made the substitutions I asked for, no fuss. It was nice to have a breakfast burrito and taco without bean as the protein for once.

Pulled up to the menu to order in the drive thru. Sat there for over 10 minutes, no one took our order. Drove up to the window I explained that no one took our order. Instead of taking my order, he tells me to pull around through the drive thru again! Worst service ever! Would give 0 stars if I could!

As an ex employee I can honestly say this store is unprofessional and probably the worst place I worked at. Lacks communication, leadership and doesn’t know how to train ppl properly. The whole time I was there I felt unwanted and heard the GM talking bad about me to another employee in front of my face in Spanish Thinking I would understand what she was saying. They were vary condescending towards me the whole time. I had never worked in such an uncomfortable environment. Honestly I wouldn’t work or eat here again. Only two of them were nice the others all tho They might have act like they’re better than me but most of they are stuck at that job dead end job and probably wouldn’t be able to make it anywhere else.

The disappearing taco. Grilled chicken taco still tasty! Yikes gotta buy 3 to equal 1 normal sized taco. Since I like 2 normal sized tacos, that’s about $9.50 for a “cheap” light meal. More if I want more than water to drink.
