Out of the last five times I’ve ordered something from this place there’s been a problem every time! Today it was we’re out of lettuce, last time bread, called today and Manager was RUDE and Hung up! You literally need about five items to go on a sandwich and these people are incapable of having that on hand save yourself the trouble and go to Jersey Mike’s or any other place around town where they actually have the ingredients to make the food!

Ordered here for the first time in forever and was not impressed. The ice machine wasn’t working and the soda came out hot and has no carbonation. We tried 4 different kinds and didn’t find one that tasted good so we asked an employee and he tried to change a few of the soda bags but it didn’t help.

The food is usually as expected from JJ. This location has had short staffed signs on the doors for months. The last few times we did an online order, we had time to drive to the store and then waited a while for the sandwiches. Total time from order to pickup was 43 minutes. Until they solve the staffing issue, this location is far from “freaky fast.”
