to be honest I won’t be going back to this location for quite awhile. they really need someone to come in and fix the place. the quality of the food is terrible. my mushroom chicken was all vegetables and even the vegetables weren’t good because whoever cut the veggies cut them so big that they didn’t cook properly. also my rangoons were both undercooked and stale to the point I just threw them away.

Horrible service tonight. Not only would they not make the food I ordered, but they got my order – choosing from food that happened to be available – wrong, then the food server cussed at me for asking them to fix her mistake and refused to make the correction. Once the “team leader” was finally called over, I got more attitude and stale food. These two need a different job, keep them away from customer interactions.

ok food – if they get it right.. HORRIBLE customer service, rude on the phone, got an order completely wrong and acted like it was my fault, asked for a receipt on the phone but didnt even look up the order number, acted like it was my fault, so I demanded a refund and went to get it and the ‘manager’ berates me for ‘clicking’ on her on the phone! after being rude to me! Wanted a formality after being rude to me! HAH no, then I said I would report her to corporate, and she said she would report me! HAHAH report me to who you fool! You’re the one with a job to worry about! What a dunce! DO NOT GO HERE, this is noT how Tehachapi should treat people!

All around horrible! Food, drinks and service. The lady gave us the wrong drinks and didn’t know which ones were which, we had bones in the chicken, the cabbage still had the stem, and the drinks that she got correct weren’t great.

Expected the bowl to be spicy, it should be named sweet and sour shrimp, not spicy at all and not to mention it only comes with 5 mini shrimp which is upsetting to get when paying over $10 for it, at least should have had more rice!

One of the better Panda Expresses I’ve seen. It’s really big and really clean. They have a separate food-serving area for drive through, which cuts down the general wait time a lot. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The food is standard PE, so nothing out of the ordinary here. A nice new spot for quick, hot, decent food in Tehachapi. No complaints.
