Very good all around. I’ve still never had their hot dogs. I’ve heard they’re amazing but I can only decide between the double cheese burger and the Italian beef every time. And I’m always happy with whichever one I choose. I wish everything wasn’t extra for toppings and such but you have to support the local small business if it’s good especially.

The burgers at this place are made with love. You can taste it in every bite. The cheese fries have cheese down amongst the fries. Not just a few dollops on top like most everywhere else. You will have cheese left over when you’re done with the fries. Who does that in 2023? These people do.

I dont do reviews. But I can say that the burgers here are really good and clean. Usually with most burger places I be tasting the aftermath into next week. Not so with Johnny’s. It goes down good, and stays down. Well worth it for my GI tract.

I wanted to try something new somewhere that had great burgers that were not broiled. Johnny’s burgers were amazing! The buns were toasted with sesame seed topping, the burgers had great flavor, and the garnish was fresh! My wife and I enjoyed the chili cheese fries. The establishment was very clean and welcoming. Will return for sure!

I came here on a recommendation from a coworker to check this place out after work and I’m glad I did! He told me they made a legendary type burger at this place and I had to check it out. This is a mom and pop shop with serious food standards. Everything cooked to order and made fresh, this burger was AMAZING. I had the single cheeseburger with bacon and mushrooms and it was so fire. They cook the crinkles fresh with your order and the fry sauce is a In-n-out / Cane’s hybrid. A definite must try! And as if the burger wasn’t good enough already, the had Gardinera for your burger, but they called them sweet/hot peppers…if you like savory you gotta get them! All in all you gotta try this place. Now I know why it was voted best burger in Tempe.

Johnny’s serves up a tasty, Drive-in style burger with fresh ingredients on a toasted sesame seed bun. The burger is prepared quickly and has just the right combination of meat to garden and the right seasoning. I’d go for the double next time.

Would have to say the best hotdog I’ve had in a long time. The southern was extremely good. Buns are fresh and the combo of toppings all work great together. Added bonus. Staff friendly and place extremely clean. Will be back.
