WAITED FOREVER FOR SERVICE, THEN ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING — After waiting several minutes to get the waitress’s attention to pay my bill, I paid by QR code (and then had to keep waiting for a to-do box, which I had to scoop the food into myself). It was only after I left that the manager ran out with the receipt and demanded I show him proof I’d paid for my food (thankfully I had an emailed copy of the receipt!). After I presented this, he insisted I should have shown him the receipt before I left — despite the receipt being from almost 10 minutes ago! The food was expensive to begin with, but this was too much.
