Order a pizza online tonight 5/28/2023 promise time 5:42pm order # 5009. Showed up just within the 80 minute wait time but as has happened TWO OTHER TIMES. The creamy garlic sauce we had requested instead of the red sauce was somehow over looked. Seems to be a thing at this round table just to not pay attention then when you call and ask for what you ordered they tell you it will be at least 60 minute wait. I ask for a discount told 15% best they can do on our next order. Not sure there will ever be a next order. For the price your charging your employees need to pay attention and get the orders correct. 3 strikes your out round table. At least MOUNTIAN MIKES down the street has got my orders correct!!!

I’ve never been to a bad Round Table. This is why I hope this was a bad night for them. After ordering our large pepperoni pizza we took a seat. As soon as I hit up the soda machine I see the sign. No ice. Why would I buy a drink when there is no ice? The cashier did offer me a bottled drink from the fridge after I wanted my money back. A bottle should have been offered at first. The next issue we had came after receiving our hot pizza. The staff did not cut it all of the way through. This caused us to tear the pieces off. (See the picture)

This is the best round table I’ve ever been to. They don’t mess around with those dry or skinny breadsticks you get at other franchises. 12 here fill up the whole box so it can barely close.

Food was delicious. Service was good. Establishment, meh. No ice, warm soda, no salad bar. No servers. I know things are difficult right now because of good ol covey. But fountain drinks need ice. Go to the store and buy several bags and pour them in your machine. Just like any other restaurant would.

The worst tasting RT pizza ever.. what’s wrong with you…delivering a flat pizza on dough that didn’t set. Raw dough. It was awful. $44.00 r u kidding me. You should be reported to the city and have your business license taken away.We r so disappointed. A frozen Pizza would have been better. WASTE OF MONEY! It would have been better to STAY HUNGRY! Costco has better pizza for crying out loud. Veronica had an awful attitude for the two minutes I was in there to pick up my online order. I placed the order online and they couldn’t even read it right. I will never eat at this chain again. Four people were so disgusted that we couldn’t finish a large pizza. Two pies for $50 is crap.

I ordered my food and had to wait an hour for it. People who bought their food after me got their food before me and when I asked about it, they said it would be 15 more minutes. When we finally got our 2 pizzas, one of them was cold, and the pizzas weren’t even cut all the way or cut into even slices at all. When I ordered, I ask for wings and the cashier rung me up for twists instead. Didn’t get those until 15 minutes after we got the pizzas, and they didn’t even offer to make it right. The staff didn’t care and they were on their phones instead of working. The girl putting the items in boxes was literally talking on her phone at the window. I never come to Round Table and I honestly don’t think I will again. Definitely not this one. I don’t live in this area either so it was very disappointing.

What a disappointment here. My father in law who is a disabled vet and moved out of the state wanted a round table pizza. I went to this location. In the hope of getting the ingredients without being cooked. So we could surprise him for his birthday with an authentic round table pizza he loves so much. Unfortunately Rose the manager has no decency to try and help me out. I was willing to order 3 pizzas and give a generous tip so I could fly this home and surprise him.
