The so called manager was extremely rude and abrasive. Took it as far as cursing at me. When I told her I would speak to the other manager she said “I am the manager baby”. she definitely needs an attitude adjustment. After reading the other reviews and finding so many complaining about the girl at the cashier, I can only assume it’s the same person who I dealt with. To top it off the sandwiches which were supposed to be toasted and hot were soggy and cold. SMH

Girl behind the counter, Very rude disrespectful. I ordered a panini a soup and Diet Coke, paid in cash employee did not give us our soda or soup … Cook had to come from rear of shop to make us the soda and soup.. Girl had an attitude from the moment we came up to register… If she’s not happy with her job she should work someplace else! I told cook that she has an attitude.. When she heard me she turned around and said “I DONT CARE” And sat on her Computer.. Didn’t even finish our order. 1 employee can ruin it for a nice place.

Just ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup through Uber Eats. Outstanding! Soup was flavored well, not salty (we had tomato basil and Italian wedding) and the sandwiches had fresh ingredients and the bread was soft and fresh (tuna melt and grilled chicken panini). This was our first time ordering from Soupman and we’re already planning what we’ll try next time. Good job!

whatever manager you had on duty tonite was rude nd needs to find a new job instead of customer service, i asked for a pretzel which was hard to the point i couldve thrown it against the wall it probably wouldve put a whole thru the wall, the fruit I had, had mold on it and she told me she was out of fruit cups til tomorrow.. im not sure what kind of service you guys are intending to have but its definitely not what I expected to get treated Atleast today.
