Japanese Ramen Restaurant.
Three reasons to choose us:
1. We make noodle fresh in house from premium flours using a top quality Japanese ramen machine.
2. We cook fresh bone broth in house, unlike many Ramen restaurants that produce broth from concentrations.

It was pouring rain. I wanted a nice hot chicken and drink. The wine store nearby has lots of brilliant soju. Picked it and paired with Sumi ramen delicacies. Chicken karrage is just chicken nugget. Big fail shaving off one star. Veg tempura yummy. Delicate , less batter beautifully hot. Edmame I requested for spicy edmame. They said they can’t do it. So ended up with salty edmame. Mature beans but hit the spot. Overall will return again.

Top-notch ramen spot in Plainsboro! I got the Black Queen ramen (signature). The soup is flavorful and the meat is so tender that I feel like it’s melting in my mouth! The ambiance is cozy, and the staff are both speedy and warm. With its reasonable prices, it’s a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine.

Had the Black Queen ramen. Did not like the toppings but the noodles and the broth were delicious. Had the Princeton sushi roll and chicken curry here before too — those were really good.

Quick service, attentive waiter, amazing food. We took home extra noodles with our broth 🙂 we ordered the Red Volcano, Black Queen and gyoza as a side.

We had the Black Queen Ramen, Red Volcano Ramen, and Traditional Tonkotsu Shio Ramen. Overall the ramens were disappointing. The toppings were alright, the chashu had a great texture but no taste, the menma was ok, and the egg was pretty good. But the broth was completely bland and tasteless, the only flavor was salty. This was true of all three ramens.

A ramen fusion restaurant located in the same complex as the Asian Food Market. We are still on a quest to find a good ramen place in Central NJ.

Brand new place…but everything was outstanding! Started with several appetizers: bao buns, steamed dumplings and mini taco shashimi. The taco shell was one of the best. And to end the meal….shrimp chicken wonton ramen soup!!! WOW!!!

I went here and ordered to take home. First, the place looks nice but the vibes are off. The lady hosting just put off such terrible vibes, like she didn’t want us there at all. Next, it was 5pm on a Friday night and the place had ONE table of people. I wish we took that as a sign.

This was our first time here and it was delicious!♡ The shrimp bao buns had a perfect kick of spice, and the Black Queen ramen was perfect for the crisp weather. It wasn’t too salty and the broth was delicious ♡
