Not only is the place extremely hard to find but they’re idea of an entree size is 3 pieces of meat in one of the extra small containers. And my other plate I missing an entree all together. I’ve called over 5 times and have been hung up on and now they won’t answer the phone. I paid $30 just to get ripped off.

At the UNLV Panda Express, don’t ask for a cup of water with your order, they simply won’t give you one. You have to buy an expensive bottled water, pretty lame at a university that serves youth, the public and taxpayers that support their establishment…IN A DESERT NO LESS. Sad that the students accept this as normal, $2 for some plain water with my meal that was already $8 and your mouth is burning because its spicy. I doubt even 3 people a day ask for water, in a cup that costs what 3 cents? And so what if they did, obviously the food cost is already marked way up, in the bags it comes in. Funny, the other Pandas WILL give you a cup for water. I guess the owner doesn’t really care about student service.

staff not friendly need to work on customer service and manners!! waited in line to not be helped the cook had to yell and ask was I picking up food while the lady in the front acted as I was invisible poor service also try working on greeting and smiling to everyone and not just one ethnicity.

I normally don’t eat Panda, but an organization was doing a fundraiser at the one on campus so I went to order. Service was fine and the food was ok. I showed the fundraising flyer after handing him my card for purchase so that a percentage would go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. His response was, “it’s too late.” Really? The cashier couldn’t just cancel the order and ring it up again? I had to go through the line again. I’m thankful that the line wasn’t too long, but the cashier could have at least apologize or something.

Went to pick up food there, the location is located in the college. Very hard to find, also I had to pay for parking. When we got our food it said on the back of the receipt it was prepared and ready 10mins before the time we were supposed to pick up plus the time we spent looking for it needless to say when we got home our food was cold and they forgot the teriyaki sauce. $30 down the drain. I thought ordering online would be better but it wasn’t very disappointing, I won’t be returning

Just your run-of-the-mill food court style Panda Express. They do keep the food warm and fresh and they serve spam musubi as a menu item. Quantity of the food served is pretty okay. My only issues are that when the customer volume is large, they tend to skip to the next person in line or confuse your order with another customer’s, and it does need to be addressed. Another issue is that the price is a little too expensive for the main entree items because this serves a college student population and it doesn’t serve too well for a “quick lunch” classification.

This place should not even be on the map. It is closed you have to pay to park, you can not see it from anywhere outside. There are no signs no nothing that would let you know that panda Express is inside this building. The directions to place are even whacked. Remove it from the map!
