I got stuck here for 3 days while my truck was down, and ended up eating at Arby’s for the whole time. Luckily I really enjoy their croissants, and potato cakes. The whole team was excellent, food was fresh, and the service was friendly. Even first thing in the morning.

Great team and customer service. Everyone was friendly and made the experience great. The restaurant was clean and the staff was knowledgeable about menu items. I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I asked Heidi to pick out a wrap based on what she thought I’d like. Ended up being a great choice and I’m glad she was so cool about picking an item out. Recommend eating here if you stop at Love’s!

This Arby’s is conveniently located inside a truck stop along I-49 north of Alexandria, La. The food is typical Arby’s featuring roast beef along side specialty burgers. We stopped for a late (2PM) lunch. They were out o0f “horsey” and offered catsup and their own sauce in packets. The ample staff seemed almost overwhelmed after a busy lunch. The restrooms are shared with the truck stop and adequate but needed freshening.

I am very impressed at the service & the look of this restaurant. I have been to a lot of Arby’s restaurants but this one is by far the best I’ve been to. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was all the tables clean, aside from the wet floor signs the dining room area looked like all dining room areas should look when you go into them. Next the staff was friendly. I was greeted when I first walked in, asked how my day was, and actually took an interest in my response. The cashier took my order with promptness & even read it back to me to verify everything was correct. The next thing I noticed was that there were plugs at every table. I mean every table. I didn’t have to search the dining room area for a table with a plug they’re all over the place. Now most people don’t care about this but I travel for work so it’s refreshing to know I can come in here and be able to charge my laptop while I eat and work on my laptop. Thanks to all the staff here for actually making this a good experience. If I’m ever in the area and have a taste for Arby’s I am definitely coming back here

I understand how it is working in the fast food industry but i didn’t get what I asked for and still had to pay for it because they said it was too late for me to change it I’m not satisfied by there service tonight any other time it would be great but tonight was horrible!!! Not good customer service at all and not good with making the customer happy!!!

Having been asked to rate: 1) Food 2) Service and 3) Atmosphere, here goes. Food: I had the 1/2 lb Roast Beef sandwich. Holy Cow! Arby’s roast beef is freaking fantastic! Loaded up with Horsey Sauce, it can go head-to-head with any fast food offering in the country! Service: the food was ready before I could even get my drink. I rate that as excellent. Atmosphere: The restaurant was neat and spotlessly clean. That’s what you’re looking for in a fast-food place. I loved it.

I was a little disappointed with this trip. Ordered the fish deluxe they didn’t have the Hawaiian bread. Wanted the new steak sandwich, they were all out. The food we got was ok but not what we came for.
