This place is a little misleading. I think many are seeing pictures of the restaurant, Six Seven, next to the gift shop thinking it’s part of the coffee shop. The actual coffee shop is located in the gift shop located across from the front lobby desk. The photos of the seating area are of the lobby of the Edgewater Hotel. The lobby is cozy, nice water views, and decorated very well.

Service and coffee are just okay but sitting in the lobby area enjoying your coffee is wonderful and relaxing. Not the best “Seattle” coffee experience for tourists unless they are staying at the Edgewater. But great place for locals to come and enjoy a morning coffee when atmosphere and not highest quality coffee is the priority.

Was there last week. Came specifically for this place. Drive for 1 hour and 45 minutes to drink coffee and eat something. But i was surpriced that there wasn parking place and you should pay 14$ for 1 hour parking. Next surprise was when i had been waiting for coffee for 20 minutes. There weren’t any cupcakes, desserts to eat and drink coffee and relax. Beautiful place but don’t drive for so many hours. didn’t live up to my expectations.

Quiet and with few people. Good drinks, wonderful atmosphere, and amazing views. Great place to grab a warm beverage and warm up by the giant windows.

The front desk hostess behavior is horrible! We asked for a window table which was available but she offered another table. We asked for the reason and she said those tables are for reservations. We asked if people can specify what tables they want when they make a reservation, she told us it is not possible. So we asked again why we can’t sit there and this time she said because she had already set our table. We asked to talked to the restaurant manager. While we were waiting for the manager, she sat another couple to the table we had asked for. The manager found another window table for us.

Service was nonexistent, advertising deceptive for bad, burned, overpriced coffee that couldn’t bother to keep vanilla of all things stocked. When I asked about food they only had small crusty pastries and I felt disrespected with our baristas tone. Considering how excited we were to try, I’d tell people to AVOID HERE

The main lady in charge was rather rude to us and very dismissive. The coffee and food was alright. It did have a cozy seating area was gorgeous views.

Wonderful views but they wouldn’t let me sit by the windows because I didn’t have an early morning breakfast reservation with many seats open the whole time. Very unwelcoming. The food was good and coffee just ok. Waitress was kind and almost seemed embarrassed that I was the only one sitting away from the window section.

Avoid this place. Employees have a bad attitude. People expect tips, and they still have a bad attitude. Forget about getting an ice coffee. They barely have ice, and they will pretend like you ordered a hot beverage.
