I will never come here again! An old chick with blonde hair was rude. She made my drink and when she handed the drink to me the lid popped off landed on me, inside my car, no sorry from her and said ” I can’t make another one because I had it in my hand.” And no refund either! Reported it to the Better Business.

At first when both the twins was the only ones I was seeing the customer service was fine. Than I met some old white chick with blonde hair and my experience changed. Everytime I come and see her there is all kinds of negative vibes and attitudes popping around. I went there today. Worst time I went there. She had the worst attitude and she made me the most nastiest ice coffee. I chose to never go back. It’s okay to ruin my day but not my coffee. I won’t be back. Hopefully that old lady finds a job she can do without being around people in the morning!

One of the longer running independent coffee shops in the area. Randy’s serves barely good coffee and the costs are on par with most of the other small shops. Never had the food so I can’t say whether it’s good or not or worth the money but overall not a bad place.

They coffee had good flavor and it didn’t take long to get it made the coffee shop had a nice touch and a good design for getting a lot of customers in and out. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick coffee or has a need of a new coffee shop to attend. It placement right off of yelm high way gives them so much business which makes them really good at getting you a coffee quick. You should totally go there some time if you haven’t been there already. The “barestas” or however you spell it are super nice and relaxed.

Coffee was good. All the baristas are so kind except the manager. She constantly snaps at her customers if they don’t give them a tip over $5 even if it’s just one drink! I always tip but I tip cash right before I leave. She didn’t even give me a chance to tip. Just said I was rude and slammed the window. Didn’t even give me one of my items. Nor did I come back for it because of the way she treated me. Me and my friends have all had this problem with her and no other barista there. the girl with the brown hair and nails done is amazing and always makes sure to great me kindly and my pups love her!!! Coffee is great!

Consistently Excellent Coffee. They remember your order. Friendly staff that always greet you. But the best is that make and super cup of coffee with great flavor, at the right temperature at every visit. If you bring your dog, they get cookies . Very happy to buy my coffee at Randeez.

Something was going on today. This was the first time I encountered the older blonde women, I think she’s the manager. She was completely rude and disrespectful and kept going off about how people have to tip big! I’m sorry but some people are having bad days and just need to self treat themselves and might not have a lot of money. They don’t wear masks and it was extremely uncomfortable. The other baristas are amazing! But snapping at people is how you lose business. Usually tip but not now if she is working. It’s sad because they are one of the few places to have good food when it doesn’t taste freezer burnt. She gets so mad at people for nothing and then forgets stuff. Maybe that’s why there was no tip. Tips are optional not required. Good service good tip. Bad service bad tip. That’s how the world works.

If you don’t tip on the paper the older women will snap at you at say “you are supposed to tip 20%” was going to tip cash. And tips are for people who dont mess up your 1 drink and is nice. Don’t go here unless you have a $20 to tip for a 16 ounce drink.
