We went a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get all of our food. The waitress took $6 off of our bill. This time I had to eat my food in shifts. I ordered the ranch platter with country fried steak. She brought me ham. Sent it back. She said it would be 10 minutes… no problem. Asked about my hashbrowns and she said oh yeah sorry. Finally brought my country fried steak but still no hashbrowns. Asked again…. they still hadn’t even cooked them. My wife had to ask 4 times for her salad that was eventually brought after she was done with her regular meal. The food tasted good but I would like to get it all at once. The problem might have been that the cook had their small child there and was trying to tend to them while also trying to cook. If it was really busy I would understand some mistakes but there was people at just 2 other tables.

Me my wife ate here Friday night, YES FRIDAY NIGHT, nights there have not been open for quite some time so when we seen the lights on we pulled in. The sign said under new management but when we sat down THAT was obvious. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the employees were having a great time with all the customers. The food was excellent and we will be back AT NIGHT. Thank y’all so much.

Friendly atmosphere. Hot food. Waitress was super friendly. They made a mistake on how our eggs were served. Cook got mad and took it out on our poor waitress, but she was so graceful and sweet thru the whole ordeal. I am not sure if it was a mistake on how we ordered or how it was cooked as I am not a professional egg critic. The other two waitresses we came in contact with during our visit at checkout were super friendly as well. Definitely made up for any shortcomings in the food!

We travel in our RV full-time and go to HH everywhere we go. We found this one a month ago when we came to DreamRV in Eastman. They have undergone a management change. I don’t know what they were like before, but they are awesome now. We have eaten there 4-5 times a week for breakfast for the past month. Food is the best, staff is amazing and the new manager over the top good. We have learned their names, they have already learned what we like and it feels like home. We always compare HH to the one on 3rd in Jackson where we ate for years. This one is right there with that one.
