We love this place. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a gas station fool you. This is one of the best Mexican places in the area, and Tony is a great guy. I came in one time after they had closed a little early, and someone called him and he came back! Great service, and wonderful food. Give it a try.

We had Tony bring his mobile taco cart to our home for a party and the food was amazing! It was one of the best parts of the night. I can’t say enough for the service provided by his son throughout the night. I will definitely hire them for any event we have! Best tacos ever!

This is absolutely the most authentic, high quality place of its kind in the city! Family owned and operated and you can taste the love and pride in the food! We went in knowing we were going to order half the menu and not one item was a disappointment! I will suggest this amazing gem to anyone and everyone! If you have yet to treat yourself make the trip! We had lunch here for the first time today and it was delicious. The tacos are true Mexican street tacos and they are super fresh. We used to live in Houston and we were missing this style of Mexican tacos. Not anymore! Super sweet folks working as well.

Great tamales, sopas, and corn tacos. I like the pork, both carnitas and pastor. I enjoy the dive-feeling of the location in the Shell gas station, but it may not be for everyone. In that case just get it to go. Cash only, drinks from the convenience store. Burrito seemed good from the few bites I tried, but I stick with the tamales since they are so cheap in comparison. If you eat in, use the green sauce on the tables.

The best lingua I’ve tried to date!! Their salsa is also delicious. It isn’t quick, so if you call in an order for a specific time because you have a short lunch, time it for 15 minutes before you can actually pick up but it’s worth it!!

Had high hopes, ordered a large queso, 2 chicken tacos and 1 steak, wife ordered 2 steak and a chorizo/ steak taco, all with cheese and lettuce only. The total was $28!!! All of the tacos came out wrong. Mine weren’t even chicken. Lol. First the queso was obviously out of a can. It was horrible, just canned white cheese sauce. The meat had no flavor. All of it was so bland. While we were trying to muscle the food down, I said “I hope we don’t get sick” and then we stopped eating. Taqueria #3 on Perkins has chicken tacos for $1 and the flavor us unbelievable. I’d drive 25 minutes before ever going here again.
