the DEFINITION of a hidden gem, truly a hole in the wall. if you read the reviews you’ll find that most of them only detract in their rating due to poor service/language barrier. but for me, the food alone easily makes up for any awkwardness or ordering difficulty. this is the best hk style wonton soup noodles ive had in the bay, perhaps maybe even california. the broth is extremely rich and savory with a strong flavor that isn’t too salty. the beef tendon is UNBELIEVABLY beefy and tender, it fills your mouth with savory goodness. the wontons have perfectly bouncy shrimp inside, and the noodle texture is perfect when it comes out.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in San Francisco! The only thing that worth trying is the soup.

The best quality of soup noodle so far I have in Chinatown – chewy and good texture (not too soft or too hard) which is quite close to real canton wonton noodle, awesome! Delicious soup base and beef stew / tendon. Just the stew portion is not enough. Don’t expect to have service, mostly local customers, CASH only!

Lovely wonton noodle soup. Recommend their specialty of beef wonton noodle soup (number 5) – the broth is much more flavorful than the broth for traditional wonton noodle soup. Chicken wings are yummy – fried to perfection and nice salt and pepper seasoning without being too salty. They have cold beer too.

Food is good. However every time I called that restaurant for my order, the staff who answered my phone couldn’t understand English and Mandarine. As the consequence, they would always hang up the phone.
