18% tip to pick up wings? Hell no!! Pay your employees don’t make them beg for tips!!! Ntm what kind of morns put crispy deep fried foods in an air tight container? The steam turns everything into a soggy mess!! The food was so disgusting when i got it home!! It was like eating microwaved food. NASTY AND SOGGY! Ntm the wings were not fresh tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge fir a week!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Could have done better with more sauce on the wings and putting the fries in a separate container or simply putting holes in the styrofoam so the fries don’t get soggy and drenched in wing sauce. I’m not a fan of foods touching so this was a total waste of money for me.

I love their honey Chipotle sauce and love that it doesn’t have msg in it so I’m able to eat it! But I wish the wings and fries were somewhat separated, and the drumsticks are always a little strangely slimy?! It’s very gross to me because I wonder if it actually is chicken I’m eating. Plus wings are always ready long before the time stated so by the time I pick them up, they’re always lukewarm and doggy fries. If I had that sauce bottled, I’d just make my own wings!
