We like Arby’s. Not sure where anyone working there was but no one was at the register for awhile after we came in. When she got there, she was not friendly. The tables we wanted to eat at were filthy. They may have a management issue. Food was tasty, as always! Love the cherry turnovers, but not much filling this time.

CC machine was having issues and kept declining multiple methods of payment. Manager would not accept the fact that problem was not on our end. Manager on duty was very rude and condescending to us and her new training employee. This happened on 7/22/23 at around 7:30pm. I sure hope that new employee leaves and finds a better job. No one deserves to be treated that badly by a manager.

I went there arby’s on the 12th of july. It was my first time ever going there going a while, i was greeted by a girl i think named Jorydn, honestly one of the most hardest workers there. She was super sweet and knew everything going on. Give that girl a raise.

Ordered Mac & cheese, a beef & cheddar, and a half pound meal. What we got was 1 drink, 2 beef & cheddar and a fish sandwich. No fries, no Mac & cheese. Maybe I was too nice when I called but I couldn’t go back at that moment and the manager never offered to make any of it right.

Not sure what has happened to this location the last several visits have been sub par. Long waits, unorganized and the sandwich I was presented with after a 30 min wait was mangled, ripped, and dirty. Very un appetizing. 08/21/22 130 pm. Dissapointed.
