Nice spot to get a good sub hot or cold….much better subs than subway but not as good as jersey Mike’s….I got the firehouse steak and cheese with onions and mushrooms….it was fresh hot and packed full of steak….I definitely enjoyed it….their homemade cookies are good as well

waited 30 minutes for a small sandwich and cup of soup, sandwich was good but the soup was ice cold. it literally had ice in it where it wasn’t warmed up. of course I didn’t know until I had already left the area. there is no phone number to this place on Google. i guess they do that so you can’t complain.

I had called to place an order for carry out when I got the store’s voicemail. The store immediately called back and I told the woman I’d like to place an order for carry out and she asked me to hold. Luckily, we were already driving there, because we were just going to order there anyway. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes while on my way to the establishment. Upon arriving and entering, I noticed one employee making the food and the other employee was ringing up orders and doing small tasks on the side.(I was still on hold). L I realized it was just the two employees I saw, and immediately my Patience level was restored. My food was made to our standards and all was well. About 30 minutes after leaving, I get another call from firehouse. This time it’s the manager. She apologized for them forgetting about me on the phone. I told her all was well and I saw they were semi busy, no hard feelings

You could go inside order your own food & they still would go ahead & cook what they want… the cashier had AirPods in her ears… maybe if she didn’t have those in she would’ve heard my order correctly. This place is just horrible costumer service. they had kids working in here unsupervised as well.. where is the manager? Also they always almost NEVER put enough meat on there subs.
