Further proof that things in Michigan are worse than anywhere else in America… Even Papa John’s doesn’t know how to do their job properly. Pizzas are fine but you sent ranch in one box instead of garlic sauce and didn’t even put a sauce in the other one…. Good job upholding those high standards, I’m sure Shaq is proud of his company…

Easy online ordering. Delivery drivers are friendly and timely. Pizza boxes come sealed and food is always hot. We love the cheese bread and garlic dipping sauce!

Ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas. One of the pizza’s bottom crust is so thin that it falls apart when you pick it up, and you can literally see through the bottom of the crust because it’s so thin. I called back and the manager refused to give his name and said they can’t remake the pizza because they’ve shut their ovens off. Very poor customer!

So I did a walk in order today. Maybe the little man has changed. Pizza was kinda dry and very light on toppings. It was just ok. If he knew it was me just thinking what kinda something something he would of added! Maybe he did? Let u know know at 2am!!!!!! Looking at reviews ouch!

Why does my call get routed to India when I place a phone order. I barley understand what they are saying and hey can’t even pronounce Gratiot. Never again am I going to waste my time explaining to a foreigner what a pizza is… I will go elsewhere .

It was my first time there because I had a coupon but the only way I could use it was to download the app. The young man working behind the counter was very helpful. I ordered a large pizza with wings and garlic knots. I wasn’t a crazy about the garlic knots. The wings were okay, my family loved the pizza. It didn’t have enough sauce on it for me.

Decent pizza, but it took them 40 minutes to make my small pizza which was the only thing I was getting and I was recommended it would take 20-25 minutes. When you’re coming from work it is clearly an issue to have a 20 minute discrepancy in estimated time, so if you’re looking to get your food in a timely and reasonable manner with a halfway decent time estimate would not recommend this establishment.
