I generally have a good experience with this Papa Murphy’s. But it seems like during the busy time the quality of the pizza goes down. Its messy, and lacks cheese. This past time was a disappointment, and now i have to buy cheese to add to it, so it doesn’t cook weird.

This was our first time ordering Papa Murphy’s pizza. We were pleasant surprised. We opted to create our own and the pizzas tasted great. The thin crust is super thin and crunchy. No complaints from anyone. Staff was friendly and the pickup area is easily accessible near the entrance.

The employees at this location are by far, the rudest i have ever experienced. They try their best to bully customers to accept sub par services and pizzas. Be aware before ordering the cost of their pizza is almost double the cost of pizza hut or dominos and you still have to cook it. I understand that labor is hard to find, but shouldn’t come at the cost of poor customer service as well as poor food. If you choose to fill out their survey and want to complain, the lady who calls you back will bully you into submission. If you argue back, she will ban you from the store, and hang up on you. Very poor service all around, and should contemplate a different style of customer service
