I am giving 3 stars and not 1 because I order from this establishment at least once a month. I usually have excellent service. Tonight was different. The delivery driver was not professional. I had to say hi and smile, he didn’t. BTW I tipped 15% of my bill. When he handed me the pizza’s the bottom box felt weird. Well when I opened the boxes 1 pizza was squished and the other a couple of the slices looked like they where allready pulled apart of the rest of the pizza. Wish I could take my tip back. I am extremely disappointed!

I don’t know what kind of pizza they sent: It was part of a 2 medium pizza offer, but it wasn’t the kind of Domino pizza I used to love. It was just plain awful, a soggy oil soaked base. When I 1st had my first pizza in the 90’s, I thought Domino’s where the best pizza ever. Not only has this establishment lost my custom, it’s put me off Domino’s pizza for life, can’t believe I paid £31

Messed up my order, which isn’t the problem. Called the store. They said they’d fix it and resend the corrected order to me. They sent me the exact same thing they sent the first time. No corrections. So now I have two of the same order I can’t eat.

This young woman took the time to try and help me do it at the store but it still didn’t work. I placed the order and waited. She was great and never made me feel stupid. Terrible experience. I ordered two medium pizzas for local delivery and I’m quoted 30 minutes. An hour later no pizza so I call. I’m told by the worker that I shouldn’t have been told the estimated time was 30 minutes because they are backed up; the wait time is 45-60 minutes. I said ok, it’s been 60 minutes can you check on my order. After being on hold she tells me it’s going to be another 30 minutes because the pizzas just came out of the oven. An hour and a half for two medium pizzas???? Cmon people get your act together. Ridiculous!
