I have to say, Karen at Huddle House is the absolute best! She always makes us feel really welcome, works with us on our orders, is super attentive, and always has a bright smile on her face. We just moved to the area and wanted to try a new spot for breakfast and she has exceeded our expectations! We even came in a week later in rush hour and she recognized us and still provided amazing service! The food is always correctly prepared, fast, and looks so yummy no matter what you order! We love this place. Give it a shot if you’re passing through, waking up from one of the cool and safe hotels on site, or just need a new spot for amazing food and service! You won’t regret it! We sure don’t!

We had gone to a restaurant across from our hotel and sat for 20 minutes, being completely ignored. So, we left. We drove down the road to Huddle House. We received a warm, friendly greeting as we walked in the door. We were seated and had drinks within a few minutes. We had a very attentive waitress, constantly refilling drinks and such. The food was warm and good. We were sent off with to go drinks in hand. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Often, in a world of I don’t give a darn how I treated you & just go away attitude that are found in restaurants & fast food especially. Plenty of places to park big trucks and RVs. Nice and clean. Not just them but Huddle House I’m general needs to work on their pancakes. The gas statiom attached to it usually has a good deal on gas. Oh and don’t use the side door because it has an alarm.

Service was pretty good! We had a bomb waitress who works in the a.m.(Tavia I think) very sweet girl! Made she sure we got our food in a timely manner..She and another waitress were the only ones working the floor and I thought she did amazing. She was great at multitasking. There was a slight wait but it wasn’t too bad. The cooks did a great job with our food and they worked very well together. I’d eat there again!

What a great experience for breakfast here in rural Virginia. If you’re a traveler, this will be comfort food for your tummy. My experience while I was there was the staff was super attentive and the food was tasty. One of my favorite dishes was the country ham.

No customer service skills. Business was very slow. Server gave us menus and after that sat down. Then she threw two more smaller menus on the counter. Then she sat down again. When food was ready she came over gave us the debit machine to pay and sat down again. Did not feel welcomed at all. It was like why are you here.
