Food is disgusting. Loads of butter of the white toast when I asked for wheat. Asked for limp bacon and not burnt. Asked for over medium eggs they were well done. Hash browns were burnt And greasy. Grits were like paste and warm. Not hit and runny. I’m surprised your still open with this type of business. And I wasn’t the only customer complaining about the food

Went here on Friday just before 1400 hours. Was on my way back to Charlotte. The billboard clearly stated to call in to go orders. I called repeatedly to no answer even though I could see the female employee standing in the restaurant by the phone. I was already in the parking lot. Once inside she informed me that they weren’t taking orders because second shift hadn’t come in…..What? She was still clocked in and refused to take orders. While standing inside I overheard her take another order on the phone but didn’t start making it. Came back to the car to wait like 10 more minutes before going back in a getting the same response. Meanwhile she made two drinks for what I assumed was her ride home. In the pic she’s walking back in after taking those drinks to that black Honda in the picture. Very unprofessional and I will never visit this Huddle House again. Luckily when I crossed the border to the better Carolina (North) I was able to get some food from Lady Bugs. Don’t waste your time here. The female that was just clocked in and not working needs to be fired.

My family stopped into here for breakfast on our way to Hilton Head SC. Our waitress Brandi was amazing and that is who the star is for. Myself, my husband & my daughter sat at hour table for an hour and a half after placing our order with no food. The manager who was sitting behind a two way mirror behind my head finally comes out and makes a comment about how long we had been sitting. Brandi on multiple occasions apologized for our wait, our food is made and when it comes to our table it is stone cold, myself and my daughter order omelets the cheese was not inside my daughters however it was under the egg and it had not melted. my husband set his breakfast platter back asked for it to be heated due to it being cold and the manager recooked it when it came back it had 2 eggs and not 3. As we are sitting and waiting I over hear a customer mention there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, to then see 20 minutes later one of the staff hand a roll to another customer so they could put it in the bathroom. I apologize to the customers for you guys at this Huddle House because you have 1 young lady (Brandi) work her behind off to clean tables, take orders – that 4 other staff members cant cook and get out to the table hot as well as ring customers up, bring out drinks and apologize because the staff she works with sucks. Lets not forget that the hash browns that came with my families meals were asked to have cheese and onions on them, low and behold they did not. This was our 1st experience with a huddle house & I don’t think we will do that again. Almost 30 bucks for food that took way to long to come out COLD!!!! Brandi if you read this YOU KEEP ROCKING IT OUT!!!!! Maybe corporate should make you a manager of this establishment.

Bennettsville, SC’s Huddle House has the best customer service. We use to frequent the one in Cheraw, SC until we sat there for 20 mins and must have been invisible to our waitress, cause she never spoke to us or came to our table to.ask our drink order. Another waitress did and said something to our waitress and she got an attitude. When she came to our table, she never apologized for anything juat started asking what we wanted. We were so upset. So, when my husband went up to pay, I gave $20 tip to the waitress who wasn’t our waitress because she stepped in when ours wouldn’t and she apologized to us. I told her why I was giving her the tip. And I told her all the other waitress had to do was apologize instead of being rude and making us feel like we did something wrong. But this place is so much better and the folks working there are much nicer. A+ customer service is why we will continue to patronize this Huddle House!

Stopped in at lunch Christmas Day, we were greeted by lady that said it’s going to be a while we are too busy? Only 2 tables with customers, I’m sure there were take out orders but she was not friendly, finally a waitress came over, no mask on, complaining that she only made $2.50;an hour and wasn’t getting tips on Christmas, gee I wonder why, You don’t want to be greeted this way hearing complaints about your job. It took 45 min. To get 2 breakfast plates, just eggs and bacon, they didn’t bring the pancake until after we were finished. Would not recommend this restaurant, we travel this way a lot, but will not stop there again.

I visited Huddle House several times in the past and the food was great. Well I visited there 5/23/2021 between 12P-3P and the food was terrible. The grits was cold the young lady waiting on us tried reheating them in the microwave. The eggs was over cooked. The french toast was burnt. The tea tasted as if someone poured a whole bag of sugar in it. They were cooking one order at a time. The people sitting behind me tasted there food got up paid for it and left it on on the table. As for my food I did the same thing a waste of almost $20. I got to admit the lady waiting on us tried to make us happy. Food was just terrible. No ⭐.
