Excellent customer service, it seems like the place is running on a new management now. We had our order taken and it took a bit of time but it was worth it because the food was well-made. We didn’t see any rushing but also not wasting time, there was a good rhythm in the environment to be seen. Take-out customers had as much attention as drive-thru customers. Workers are good tempered.

We sat at the drive through for 10 minutes! I got out of my car and asked the car in front how long they had been waiting. She said long enough to play a game on her phone. Ridiculous! There weren’t even customers inside!! Then they got my order wrong, and all I ordered was a burger and fries. The drive up window was filthy! All I wanted to do by that point was drive away and take a shower!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Had the worst experience at the Burger King location by target in west Allis. The man was extremely rude over the loud speaker and at the window. When I asked him if he was upset he continued getting more upset and told me I don’t need to eat there. Preceding to slam the window. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but honestly deserves 0.

It’s 1:44 on a Saturday afternoon and the doors are locked. All the signage says the dining room is open. The least your can do is put a sign up. When I called to ask if it was closed or they just forgot to unlock the doors, I was answered by a very irritated person who angrily told me to use the drive through. When I suggested they should have at least a sign up, he yelled that he’s short-staffed and hung up. The sign says they’re under new management. If this person is part of management, it’s no wonder they are short-staffed.

Ordered a spider verse whopper, asked for no pickle no onions, well I got no pickle no onions I’m missing the lettuce and more importantly ITS MISSING THE RED BUN ITS SUPOSED TO HAVE, never have I had my order get so messed up.
