The food is very good, the people are very nice, they need better customer service when it comes to solving problems. I went to buy 3 things and they told me that my total was almost $18. I checked my bank account the next day and they charged me $46. I called to resolve this issue and the manager/owner said she would call me back in an hour. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t had an answer. I had a dispute with my bank and they only returned $20, so… I paid $26 for a snow cone, a snow plate and a water??? Money is nothing, the way they solve problems seems unfair to me, Terrible customer service. I recommend the place but check your ticket before leaving the store
