My family and I could not wait to try Wing Stop. Let’s just say we should have waited a little longer. You cannot call in your order ahead of time because the number rings busy. There was an hour wait on our order and when we finally got it, everything was ice cold. They were out of the Cajun Corn, saying that they didn’t have enough prepped. They were also out of ketchup. The wings were small and over cooked and not seasoned well at all. The Ranch and Blue Chez were watered down so much so that we couldn’t tell which was which. The price does not match the quality of the product. I’m disappointed with the whole experience. I will not be returning. They have a lot of kinks to work out and I hope they work them out soon.

It’s sad that in our own communities we deliver the worst customer service. If you can pretend and put on an act for the other people do the very same for us. I can post this because I never intend to come back to patronize again. I came last week and we waited 42 minutes from order to receiving food and I hate to see this business close and employees lose jobs, but if it take that long to prep/cook food I’ll stay at home and cook my own food. Not once did anyone clean a table. Workers were talking as tickets just kept accumulating for the cook.
