I’ve been by this place many times, just never had an opportunity to stop. The food was great. Typical pho joint, but this isn’t a chain. The service is good, and the prices are decent too. I got the Pho Tai(rare beef), the meat was flavored well, wish there was more of it. The amount of meat was lite.

Vien Dong is my go-to spot when in Tacoma. The food is outstanding and is very flavorful, and the menu is expansive and well-priced to boot! What I order varies on my mood or the weather, but since the broth used to make pho is delicious on its own, I usually ask for a side just because. The service is friendly and efficient which I appreciate.

i love this pho as soon as it hits your mouth it taste amazing. everything ive tried here is delicious the hot tea pot is only a dollar (damn near complimentary) and it just feels right. you drink tea and do whatever while you wait for perfect pho
