I have always had great experiences getting coffee at this Dunn Brothers location. Specifically this morning the staff were great. I went inside to order my coffee, keep in mind early morning so it was a busy time for them. I noticed they had a new Butterfinger coffee nirvana drink, as someone with a peanut allergy it raised a concern. So I asked the lady taking my order if my allergy would be a concern, she very kindly said I will ask my manager. The manager looked busy at the time but suddenly gave all her attention to me and my allergy and noted we do not want to take any chances so she made sure the lady who made my drink used brand new ingredients and new gloves. I was very impressed by their response to my allergy and their willingness to accommodate for me.

The menu is hard to read and understand. In the drive thru the writing is too small to really see. If you have never been here you don’t know the things they have that aren’t listed. Hot and cold drinks, and sizes aren’t properly listed. They had a picture of a sandwich on the side of the building that wasn’t listed on the menu but we would have order it had we known. So overall not a great experience for someone who doesn’t know the menu. Drinks weren’t made right like we ordered but tasted fine. They Staff was friendly though and they offered a pup cup (it was whipped cream with a dog bone. Our dog loved it).
