I’ve only had food from here twice but both times the food was pretty good and the service was amazing. The delivery drive Joe(I think was his name) was a very nice guy and professional. I definitely recommend trying pizza express if you are in the Yorkville area.

Ordered at 520 PM. Payed for at 615 and told the order wasn’t even started yet. Drove around for a half hour, went back, still not ready. Then after kindly saying next time please give us a call if it’s goin to take longer than the expected wait time. The dude slammed the sliding door in our faces and walked away. Totally RUDE and unprofessional staff!!! This place has went downhill. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years.. LOST MY BUSINESS! Lobby was closed so I backed up to the window to pickup my order and was refused service. The Store manager Brian was yelling and cussing at me with a truck load of kids while employees were standing around outside smoking cigarettes. This man child needs to be fired and never work in the public again. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

I ordered my first pizza tonight and it was very good! Sauce rivals all major chains in the area, just enough cheese so you don’t HAVE to order extra, crust is cooked almost perfect for me and its not too thick! Also, they were generous with toppings! I would havr given them 5 stars but the price v.s. pizza size is a little off balance! 19.05 for a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and jalapenos….
