The manager David is extremely unprofessional and rude. We have had many negative run ins with him. We went into get a free meal and he was acting like we were there to steal food from his store. We had previously put in a complaint and thats how we were receiving a free meal. He was extremely judgmental. 0 hospitality. I am not looking for anything in return since that seems to be an issue. This managers behavior is ugly and unacceptable. I couldn’t imagine treating paying customers this way for 0 reason. If he hates his job maybe he needs to find a new one, he is always in an awful mood when he is working. Do better.

My mom and I went to this location. We pulled up and were waiting for our order to be taken. Another car pulled up 2 minutes later and had their order taken within 30 seconds of arriving. We had to speak out loud in order for our order to be taken. When we received our food, we were checking to ensure we had everything we ordered. Before we even opened our bag the window was slammed shut. Drive thru is a convenience for us as we don’t normally wear shoes. So when we realized that our order was incorrect, we were unable to go in and fix it. This is not the first time we have had problems at this location. We will not be returning here again

Presented a buy one get one qtr pounder with cheese. They said they wouldn’t accept it because we added large fries and a drink? How are you supposed to order to he able to get this coupon to be applied? We gave used these coupons for years and never had a problem.

Stopped by on our way home. When we got home and sat down to eat we only had half our order. So I tried to call and got a number that was out of service, and I noticed we didn’t get a receipt either. So now I have to feed a family of 4 with 1 buger and 3 nuggets. Instead of 2 burgers and 6 nuggets.

By far the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever stopped at! All of our food was cold and hard. We ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with extra fries, 2 cheeseburger meal and a number 2 and took one bite out of it and threw it away. I spent $25 there to throw all my food away it was so gross! Would call and complain but I already know I’m not going to get a refund!
