Walked up to an empty lobby and an employee(picture) sitting at a bar top on the customer side at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Lobby was disgusting. Every table was dirty and there was stuff all over the floor. Floor was really sticky like everything else. The man that took our order shouldn’t be working in this role. He just stared with his mouth open during most of our interaction. We ate in the parking lot because of the mess. Ian Brokaw, clean this place up. Appeared to be a small female manager in the back. We won’t be back. There are too many options.

Where do I start with how horrible my experience here today was. I come in to order and the person who took my order was fine, I cut him some slack because he said he just recently started working here. I work in ems..so my partner and I got food and ice cream hoping it would be decent. We ordered our food at 7:45 and got our food in 8 mins max…our ice cream took a good 15 mins to come out..even though we both got small sundaes…

This used to be my favorite place to eat. Then they changed the chicken strips. The breading on them is different. Definitely sub-par in taste. We just waited in the drive thru line to get cold fries and cold hamburgers. Just disappointing. I threw my food away and my money.

Sorry I stopped in after being on the highway for 8 hours. Needed something to eat…would have been better to go to sleep hungry. Chicken strips were more breading than meat. French fries were so sad. Lemonade was tolerable. The young server was pleasant, thank goodness.

I did not expect a lot from fast food but, no ketchup, no napkins, no ice, soda was flat and toilet had a problem is the reason for a low rating. Food was hot and ice cream was cold so that is a positive.

06/17/23- We never go to Dairy Queen because it’s out of our way. My wife decided we should get a late snack. We live by Greenbush Payless. We looked online and they close at 11pm. We went to the one on 38th. We got there and the girl said they’ve been closing at 10pm for months. We told them Google said 11pm. Not like she cared. We called this one as they to said closes at 11pm. We got there and they were closed.

My server over charged my meal and didn’t even make it a meal. I got the chicken strip basket meal and the chicken came wrapped in napkins and there was no bread. The worker was extremely rude when I didn’t want to buy icecream . Even though it was only fast food the bag was a mess, fries were cold, and food was left out. Never coming back!

This is BY FAR the slowest DQ I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a few times, because it’s close to my house, and it takes so long to get anything. Pulled up with 2 cars in front of me to get a blizzard, and it took more than 30 minutes. This more or less matches my other experiences here too. I actually have no idea how they are even able to get things to move this slowly. Do all the employees take a cigarette break after every order? Do they have to milk the cows to make the ice cream? I don’t know. But I do know you would save time driving to another DQ that is several miles out of your way, rather than going to this one.
