Damn good biscuits! When you drive by, the shack doesn’t look like much but the line of cars tells you everything you need to know. The biscuits are huge and melt in your mouth. So light and fluffy and buttery. The food comes out hot and gash and fresh. We ordered sausage, egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast and they were everything you wants them to be. We even went back for 2nds. The fried bologne sandwich was also a hit with the kids. Biscuits and gravy was also delicious.

From the outside, you already know that The Chili Dog has exactly what you want. From the inside, it’s mf’ing biscuit time, folks. Whether you’re a sausage gravy type, a chicken type, or a bacon/sausage + egg + cheese type, you’ll be celebrating your good fortune. Cinnamon rolls are damn good, too. Had two many biscuits and need to switch things up? Get your sandwich on some Texas toast instead. Boom!

Great food and friendly people. My wife and I stopped by while spending a few days in Ellijay. I could eat breakfast 3 meals a day and be happy, and this was one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had. I went with the country ham, egg, & cheese. My wife who isn’t a big breakfast person took a bite of my biscuit and raved about how good it was. We plan to visit again before we head back to Atlanta. Met some locals while we were there who recommended their chili slaw dogs and said they come here regularly
