This is the best Moe’s I’ve ever been to. The service is really phenomenal! I don’t know the names but there was a red haired gentleman, a darker skinned gentleman with glasses, and another gentleman maybe Hispanic. All 3 workers here tonight were friendly, efficient, happy to grant my pain in the butt requests which I really appreciated. One of the customers in front of me was being very rude and picky to the darker skinned gentleman, critiquing every thing he did making his burrito (he was being cautious and doing a great job) and the customer laughed and said “I was about to make you make that burrito all over again.” The worker showed no sign of irritation, handled it so professionally. I think I was more mad than he was about the situation. Please give everyone my praise. They deserve it!

I ordered on their app which was seamless, and had someone else pick it up for me with no confusion. Order was accurate, ready on time, and well-packaged. My crunchy taco shells were still actually crunchy when I opened them up a good 40 minutes later, which is unheard of! The food was super fresh and there was plenty of it. Salad pictured was *after* I had already eaten to the point that I was stuffed (and hadn’t even touched the tacos yet).

A little pricey for a taco salad basket, although worth it because you can have salad done your way. Big assortment of ingredients and there are other items on the menu. Also free chips and salsa. Easy access n parking. Friendly staff, very clean place. We really enjoyed eating there.

Absolutely horrible night for dinner. This restaurant used to be a good quick Monday dinner joint. Tonight was my last night. First it seemed like no one wanted to finish our order. Took like 10 minutes to pay and even then we were missing items. Then I tasted my sons black bean and they were burnt. This was not like a little burnt. This was like I could almost taste it in the air. So my burrito had black beans which anlso were burnt and I sent it back. They did remake it but the chicken in the second burrito was so dry and tough that it hurt to eat it. I had enough wasted time as I have two small children and was not going to wait 45 minutes to get decent food. My wife has now popped since we came home and it’s coming out both ends. I am terribly disappointed that employees will still serve food that should have been thrown away. I am starting to feel bad as I am writing this. No Moe Moes for Monday or any day!

Excellent service from Mike and Jahvaris! I asked which meat they recommended and was told that the steak was just brought out and was the freshest. They were not wrong. It was delicious! Will definitely go back. The place was clean too!

The service was poor, they cooked my tofu on a tortilla warmer because they were cleaning the grill and didn’t want to get it dirty again. Disgusted, will never come back. When I brought up “why are you guys cooking my tofu in the tortilla warmer and not the grill?” They didn’t try and fix the situation at all and let me walk out the store unhappy. AND I TOLD THEM BEFORE I LEFT IM GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW SO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT. I paid $12.08 for hot garbage. Will not recommend and will be reporting this to the BBB my experience was disturbing, they were not following cdc guidelines or servsafe requirements. I’m never buying here again.

It was my first time at Moe’s and the staff were all very nice and helpful. I was really impressed with the 2 ladies I dealt with at lunch today. I thought there was a cool assortment of ingredients too. I just wasn’t impressed with the flavors at all. Just not for my personal taste buds but I was pleased with everything else and thought the free chips was a very nice addition to the meal.
