Really hard to give this place a 3 stars because the owners were very nice and very thankful for me to come in. They showed very great customer service. The food tasted fresh although there was not enough flavor. It wasn’t even the lack of salt. It was the lack of seasonings, spices, etc. The beef stew needed tomato paste and some other spices. The best beef stew I had is at Golden Palace and at home when im not lazy to make it. The pho was also lacking flavor. It seemed like it needed more five spice or star anise. Definitely needed a little more salt but maybe they don’t use msg which would actually be a good thing. The portion size is also lacking compared to tudos and golden palace. The large is $2 more but doesn’t seem to be more at all. I do love the presentation and their containers and included soup spoon. I feel like they spend more money on containers rather than the food portions.

Decided to try here simply because of the name, and I must say I was not disappointed. The portion sizes are very generous, the staff is very friendly and attentative, and the food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the sweet green tea for a drink choice. Can’t wait to go back

well I truly truly enjoyed eating at this place it’s a little storefront restaurant shopping center restaurant but let me tell you they do know how to make Pho ,Yes they are PHO REAL! And we also tried their spring rolls which were very delicious as well but the soup was off the chain⛓️ good . All the staff there was very nice and when we left my friend Vin made us some boba tea that was very good as well it had the bobas in it at the bottom, the jelly bobas. Went here by accident because the girlfriend outright rejected my first choice. This place is in the strip mall dominated by “Dirt Cheap” and is easy to miss. In what I would say is a tough part of town this place is an amazing get away. When you step inside the place is super clean and smells great! Owner greets us from across the restaurant and gives us our choice of seats. Owner’s son gets our drinks and we ask for suggestions, which we take. The menu is set up in categories and you can easily find something, at least we did. I thought the prices were great and the food was tasty, super healthy, and you got bowls of sauce on the side so you get as spicy as you like. I am not a spicy hot lover so I always stress out that the food will be perfectly made yet too much for me, but not the case here. Would recommend, especially if you live close. It is such a rewarding experience finding someplace new and wonderful! Try something a little exotic!

Best Vietnamese food in Pensacola. Order the set to make your own spring rolls! It comes with delicious sausage, fried spring rolls, and other ingredients. The turmeric noodles is light and tasty with pork belly too. And the fried sesame balls are a must.

This is the best pho place and Vietnamese restaurant in the whole city. I’ve tried all the Vietnamese restaurants around here and most of them have disappointed me, BUT Pho Real. I always come back to Pho Real because the food is always good, the owners are always nice and the people who work there are always welcoming. Can’t find that anywhere else besides here.
