I love this Culver’s. I am writing this review because I placed an order yesterday that, when I got home, had an item missing. I was unable to return on the same day. So today, I placed a carry out order online and went inside to speak to the Manager about it. He was more than happy to make it right and was very kind about it. I wasn’t sweating it, it happens! His excellent customer care and show of concern was what prompted me to write this review. He was beyond professional and courteous and I left very satisfied with my experience. I will always continue to eat at this fine establishment. Thank you again to the kind gentlemen that took care of me!!!

Ordered fish dinner never was asked how many pieces I would like also was not given a drink. I did not get my fries, bread or tater sauce only fish and broccoli. I also ordered a kids meal did not get my drink for that meal either not the ranch dip for the chicken tenders. I probably won’t be back to that unfriendly location again. Especially when it comes out to $24.04

We ordered a mini malt vanilla with m&m and Oreo and my boyfriend ordered a root beer shake and told them the first time that it wasn’t made right and the person came back and said my manager told me that it was a root beer shake which clearly it wasn’t so we’re never coming back. We just stopped in for a dessert. The young lady behind the counter, Jordan, was very nice and personable. In the short time that it takes to take an order, she took the time to notice we had an accent and we from out of state. She was a very sweet young lady. She made us feel welcome.

The burgers tastes if if they squeeze all the taste out,flat dry. The fish sandwich had more breading and no taste..only thing l enjoyed was the hot crinkle cut fries yummy.

After a long flight, a day of travel, and still hours to drive home, I stopped here with my one-year old for something to eat to recharge. I had a lame experience at Culver’s (not this one) a couple years ago, so I didn’t have high hopes. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!

I could have got better service from a bird on the beach. Had to tell my order to the dude 5 times before he got it right. The dude coming around washing tables needs to learn it’s rude to ask people to wash the table off when they are sitting eating. Even my toddler asked what’s wrong with him he’s being so rude. Food was not crispy. Like they took it out of the fryer and warmed it back up.
