I asked for a 3-piece kfc and the mashed potatoes without gravy and when I got to work I was missing 1 piece and the potatoes dipped in gravy. Do not order doordash from here. I ordered a 3 piece combo and a spicy chicken sandwich no pickles. I got 2 pieces of the combo and my friends sandwich had nothing on it besides the chicken and the buns. No condiments, and it was not the spicy sandwich either.

When I went to the restaurant Sunday it was closed so I went back Monday, sat in a long line, that once you get into the line you can Not get out and was told no chicken you could only order from the Taco Bell menu. I understand that finding employees now is hard but a sign letting you know before you got stuck in line would have been nice. There were only three people working and they did a good job, they were courteous but hello management don’t put your customers and employees into this situation you can get good signs made at the UPS store on stakes and board that would avoid conflict and frustration.

Paid top dollar for our favorite meal. Got home and didn’t have all the sides we ordered. Called to see what they could do for us. They said there wasn’t anything they could do unless we wanted to drive back right now with our recipe. I give customer service a big zero.
