Ordered online: Thai Basil Cashew Chicken-no red chili’s, Crispy Honey Chicken, and Lettuce Wraps. I think I got garlic chicken instead of Thai basil Cashew chicken because there was no basil there were no cahsews, no basil, no red peppers, only onions. The crispy honey chicken was super dry and the chicken fir the lettuce weaps was mostly mushrooms (which I really don’t care for but tolerate as an ingredient) and barely any chicken whatsoever. I called and Socorro apologized and offered to remake but it was after 7pm and we were busy packing to move so did not have time for that. I was told unable to get refund since ordered online whick inadvertently took me to Grubhub Or she can offer a giftcard credit for a free entree . In the situation I should have gotten a gift card for three entrees because the food we got was poor quality and some not even what I ordered. Major disappointment for Pickup Stix which is usually a favorite. As a matter of fact, I just ordered $200 worth of individual entrees and a few fily last month from Aliso Viejo for a party and everything was awesome. So glad I didn’t order from this location!

I really like this Pick Up Stix. This place is close to my home and my wife loves their food. We get the house special chicken or the beef and broccoli. I like that they make your order fresh right when you order it. The food is always hot and very good. The employees are friendly and very helpful, if you need anything, they are always willing to help you out. I would highly recommend this Pick Up Stix.

Food is good but closes super early. We have submitted orders 30 minutes before doordash closes (20 minutes before the normal store close) and they get rejected. I also work in a food place we close at 10-11 so I can never actually eat here. What kind of food places closes at 8??

Last night, I went to pick up stix. I ordered the healthiest food in the menu which was beef broccoli. I went out and sat on the patio, the tables were sticky and nasty. The meat was like rubber in my mouth. The food was too salty and sweet. After I got home, I got stomach ache. Employees were nice and friendly. I strongly recommend to stay away from that place and tell your friends!
