Quiet cozy place to eat a burger and have a delicious milkshake they even have a variety of vegan burgers and the service is awesome. I recommend the oreos mint milkshake . We were served by Sharreese and she is absolutely delightful! Very nice place would definitely go back

The worst experience I’ve ever had. 5 of us ordered. Not Single Burger was correct. Plus half Of us got are Meal Then 2 of Customers got their meals. Then the rest of us got our meal. And one of the cooks came out and sat down in the lobby And took off her shoes with no socks on. And set there for a While That was very Appetizing. Do not go here.

A friend and I went for lunch around 2 30 pm . Three employees on staff. 2 in the kitchen one up front . The girl up front obviously not properly trained . The food was sub par at best that took way too long to receive. The service was below standard. I would have given them a pass if they were slammed but they were not . Burger was a bit dry and flavorless.Tots and fried pickles were good . The bathroom was not filthy but could have used a cleaning. Overall not a great experience , gave it 2 stars for the tots and pickles . As far as the the service it’s hard to hold a team member accountable when it’s obvious they weren’t properly trained but it really bad garnering a 1 star . Newer establishment with newer decor rounding out 2 stars for atmosphere.

When I walk into a place to spend my money I don’t want to hear cursing. The employees were cursing up a storm. A place of business should always be professional. The food was made fresh but it took a long time and it wasn’t busy. I feel like the food was there sitting because by the time we got it it wasn’t hot like they just made it. It was kinda warm. We ordered the bacon and cheese fries and they weren’t good. The fries were not crispy, they came cold, they used nacho cheese instead of shredded cheese which was also cold and the bacon was very hard to chew it had some stringy pieces that we couldn’t even eat. Will not be coming back and if they keep running the place like they do now it won’t be open for long.

So, first, let me start with this. Cleanliness. I always wash my hands before eating. Not everyone does. So upon arrival, I went to THE ONLY bathroom they have. The soap dispenser was not only empty, but had NEVER been filled. So my 1st thought is, where are the employees washing their hands after using the restroom. Well, wanting to give the benefit of the doubt, I convinced myself there is a sink in the kitchen area, which by the way is surrounded by glass so you can see everything…… except a sink……. but again. Benefit of the doubt. I was impressed by the dining area. The seating and decor was unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a burger joint. So thumbs up there. Having never been here before or even heard of it, wanted to try a couple things. So got the hot dog and got the classic. Also did the fries upgrade with bacon and cheese. Wait time wasn’t bad. Food presentation was to be expected. Nothing like the menu pictures of course but not unappetizing. Now…. the food was fresh. I’ll give them that. But absent of any kind of hint at flavor. I could taste ketchup? Maybe? But aside from that, I’ve NEVER had a more bland burger in my life. The hot dog was ok. At least I could taste the dog and the jalapeños. The bread was NOT a brioche bun. It was your standard store brand white bread hot dog bun. On to the fries. The bacon tasted like it came out of a container. Maybe bacon bits for a salad? Don’t know there. And the cheese was your average every day canned processed cheese served over mediocre fries. Kind of get the vibe that seasoning, even the most basics like salt, are banned in this place. Sad. So…. overall, that was my experience. Staff was friendly. But the lack of soap and the lack of taste will keep me from ever returning. Of course, maybe that was a one off experience so take it as you will.

When i arrived to pick up my online order was informed their system was down and my order was just received and the cashier said should be about 20 mins, fine whatever things happen. 40 mins pass 3 groups of people have came in after me placed their orders and got their food. I go to the same cashier ask where is my order and wants to just bold face lie saying their system is down and my order hasn’t been received yet acting like i haven’t been just sitting in the restaurant waiting for my order that i showed on my phone was confirmed. Comes to find out the cashier didn’t do the simple task of printing my receipt to take it to the kitchen to be made. When the kitchen finally “made” my food they still messed up leaving an item out I had to request before i could even leave and at this point i have been there an hour passed my initial pickup time. I finally get home to feed my family food, it is over cooked and dry being a complete waste of my time and money.

I was looking at the menu for quite some time, being the first time here. Although the menu wasn’t too complicated, I didn’t know what was good. The staff was very helpful so this rating is strictly for the great customer service that was provided. The place was nice and clean too.

Friendly staff but the food is not great. DO NOT get the chili cheese fries. It is literally ketchup with some meat mixed in on top of fries. I did not try their shakes though. Maybe that’s their saving grace. And they forgot to pack my ranch for my cold onion rings

Delicious food great service if your in a rush don’t be the food is worth the wait the quality is outstanding and the staff is very very very pleasant Gotta come here if your have any kind of craving for a burger and i recommend the Mac and cheese bites with the honey mustard to dip in outstanding!!!10/10 all around!!!
