What has happened to Zaxby’s? The food is definitely not as good as it used to be, and the service is terrible. The last 2 times I’ve visited Zaxby’s, it was terrible, I most definitely will not be going back. Went there today because my husband wanted to try them. His order was wrong, took it back, and they still got it wrong. I explained what was wrong, and it still wasn’t right. Not only was the order not right, but the food was cold, and the traditional wings were hard.

The older lady that took our order was spectacular. She handled rush hour at the front with a smile, like it didn’t faze her. The cook in the back was able to keep up with orders from inside and out and our food was nice and hot. I didn’t see the drive thru lady, but with such short staff at that time they definitely deserve some recognition of not a raise!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Drive thru person cursed out my wife and threw away our food AFTER we paid, then “manager” made my wife and young daughter leave without food or a refund!! Absolutely incredible.

Used to frequent this location often. Last trip the drive through took 40 minutes, the chicken was not hot, and my order was incorrect. There are much better choices for reliable service.

My experience here was, to say the least, grimy and ghetto. I walked into the establishment to order some food for me and my kids, but I was met with multiple employees yelling at each other and the manager. It look at least 9 minutes for someone to serve me. When an employee did get to the counter, they were rude and pushy. She kept telling me to hurry up, even when I was in the middle of speaking. In the middle of ordering she began yelling at another employee and that went on for another 5 minutes. Finally I fishished ordering and sat down with my two boys, who were at this point very very scared and confused. We sat there trying to ignore the yelling for a while until an employee came around and cleaned the tables. She also cleaned ours while we were sitting there, spraying my son’s and I with cleaning solution. She didn’t apologize and walked away. We eventually got our food and left but at that point my son’s were crying hysterically out of fear. I’m so upset this was my experience.

First-time at a Zaxby’s finally and they did NOT disappoint! My debit card will soon hate me because this is now my new spot. Their fry seasoning is bomb! Their chicken fingers are nice, crunchy, and juicy. Even with the kid meal, I got two of those fat tenders! They also have a freestyle machine, yaas! I’m excited to visit again, thanks!
