Will NEVER eat here again. Husband, daughter and I went with a friend and her kids. Took 2 hours! Waitress was asked when she took our drink order and the kids’ food order to bring their food as soon as it was done. She forgot a drink that took her 20 minutes to bring back! She was also asked to bring my friend’s salad right out so she could eat it then. She didn’t. I had to go find another server to get the rolls we requested several times and part of our food once it came out. Then we had to find another server to get to go boxes and our check. The server then took our cash our $75 ticket and also charged our friend 75! Her meal and her kids meals were only $27!!!! When my friend told her what she did she got snotty and said no I didn’t. When we talked to the manager about it, he couldn’t care less!!! Worst place ever!!! Steer clear of this hell hole. I miss the old management who actually gave a darn and would have fired that server, new or not, for being that freaking rude to guests!!!

I love to eat here but it has gotten more expensive, and smaller portions. You no longer get rolls before your meal and now the cinnamon butter costs extra which is okay, however I absolutely hate the fact that you do not get.your salad before your meal. They now bring it with it, and you would think if requesting it before you could but I was told I would have to wait. Just seems they are no longer out to make their customers happy.

The food was not at all what we expected… Some flavor would have been nice and a lot less grease. We will not be returning that is for sure. The staff was not a 50/50 our girl was a big thumbs down but the table next to us had a great lady waiting on them.

Our service was good, but the food was horrible! One in our party ordered catfish and was served shrimp! Chicken Alfredo and Mac and cheese were mushy! Chicken strips and chicken fried steak both tasted like lighter fluid! Chicken fried steak was grisly and the coating was over cooked! Won’t eat here again!

We had a family get together here two years ago fabulous. Then last weekend we had another family gathering, my mile high ribeye was cooked to something like shoe leather, and my baked potato was an overcooked tiny spud and yes my mothers was uneatable; however m y wife had a great chicken fry, but no doubt much harder to mess up.

I live in Winfield and my family eats here for special occasions, mostly. Tonight, my mom and I took my grandpa out to dinner before I take a job on a cruise ship as a chef. My grandpa’s food was fine, mine was too, except it was very well done when I had asked for medium well. My mom ordered a chicken fried steak dinner with cottage cheese as one of her sides. After found what looked like a piece of glass in the cottage cheese! I took a couple of pictures of it. It felt like plastic to me, but she felt like it was glass. She had the manager come over, some guy named Joel. He took it and said, “Oh, that’s just plastic. Probably from the container.” Seriously?! I am ServSafe certified and a physical contaminant is a contaminant whether it’s plastic or glass or whatever. My mom didn’t want to eat anything else on her plate, justifiably so, so Joel took the plate and brought back a free meal card.
