I have been getting food from Pats for over 10 years or more. On March 17,2022 around 8:40 pm, my son brought our food home. Below is what we had. So I called them to let them know that it seemed like they took our food and split the portions between the both of us. I was told to keep the food and come back to receive two more meals. I called today and all I was offered was 25% off my next order. ABSOLUTELY NOT! As a business we are the customers & we should be treated accordingly. I told him please remember with out us you would have no business! I said you can keep that 25% off! Thank you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PATS!!!!

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. When i received it, it did not have any buffalo sauce on it at all as pictured on their menu. I called the location and the guy who made it said he mixed the Buffalo sauce with something else, making it orange. It taste like a ranch pizza which is not what i ordered and this pizza doesn’t look orange at all. Will NEVER order from this location again. Go to merritt blvd location. Much better pizza
