Pizza is always good hear. But they need to be open more than 4hrs a day. They need to bring back the salad and pizza buffet at this location and allow you to eat inside like the days before covid hit. Im surprised this places doors are still open for how much it’s Not open.

Always a fan of the pan pizza and cheese bread from pizza hut. However, the last 2 times we have ordered from this location our pizza has been under cooked and we have had to put it in the oven for at least 10 more mins. Also, this last time they gave us the wrong flavor of wings. . . Booo

Food is delicious. You still can not sit down to eat, the sign says for health and safety reasons… its December of 22 and everything is back open. You go in to pay and then are told to wait in your car.

I ordered a large supreme pizza. It’s very good pizza, just has some questionable added ingredients. In the one slice that I ate it had a produce sticker from the green pepper in it and a hair that I know for a fact wasn’t mine. The restaurant also wasn’t the cleanest and no one was wearing a hair net.

There was very few options on the buffet at 12:30. Took 20 minutes for waitress to take our order. The pizza was good. The bathrooms were very dirty ( black prints on the white light switch, same on door handles.). Our table had been cleared but not wiped off since last patrons.

I like pizza so I keep going back. There is no consistency or quality control at all from one employee to another, each person makes the food however they want. Sometimes the wings are drowning in sauce, other times I am scraping the container for my dry as a bone wings. Sometimes they finish the crust with the garlic butter, other times they can’t be bothered. Sometimes I get sauce for my bread sticks, other times…well, you get the point. I have taken their surveys and have tried contacting corporate, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. It’s not all bad though, here was one time where they put white sauce instead of red sauce on my pizza. I did call the restaurant and they made a new pizza and they gave me a $20 credit for my next visit. And like I said, I do enjoy the food. I just wish they were consistent.

I definitely will give the Seward Pizza Hut 5 stars based on the service alone. Yesterday, I came in for the lunch buffet and the girls serving were super nice and were trying 100% to make sure we were happy and comfortable there. They made sure they put some cheese pizza out for my son because that’s the only pizza he will eat. Excellent service and all about the customer. The food was really good too, both salad bar and pizza bar. The pasta seemed to be super plentiful too, usually it takes forever to get refilled but the staff were just on it! Thankyou so much for a great lunch!

Tonight was no good. We were sat at a table that wasnt wiped off from other people before us. Every table around us were dirty with used dishes on them. We were there for over an hour and no table was clean. We sat for half an hour before my wife had to go to the front desk to order our food. Staff admitted they forgot about us at the table. Then we had to tell the nice couple next to us that they were for gotten as well and they did the same thing we did which was go to the front and order for themselves. Over all not happy.
