Service is terrible. The chicken wasn’t ready and was lied to the staff that it would be ready in 15 minutes and that was a complete lie. The manager told me this just so that I wouldn’t ask for my refund and offered me 2 free sodas on the house, with the promise that my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. This of course did not happen and I waited for over 45 minutes for my food. Never good to this “food” establishment ever in your life if you value your time or expect “fast” food.

My recent experience with Pollo Loco’s Avocado Chicken Bowl left me disappointed and dissatisfied. The main issue I encountered was the undercooked chicken. It was evident that the chicken was not properly prepped and lacked proper grilling. The texture was unpleasantly chewy, and there were even parts that seemed raw.
