Went thru the drive Tru ordered a smores blizzard and 2 banana splits. Got to the window and they did the upside down twist with the blizzard and it was running down the side of the cup, no lid. We got the 2 banana slits drove home ac on temp was 70 outside 5 minute drive . And all the ice cream was melted. This has never happened before. Step it up DQ.

Older DQ, was very busy with staff running around the grill and register area (counted 15 teens working). Bought 3 blizzards and they were very melty seconds after them being handed to me. Never had an issue with that before, so dealing with melty Blizzards was a first. The ice cream was good, though the Snickers needed more pieces not crumbs.

Stopped in for lunch on a whim. Burger was loaded and fresh ingredients and my onion rings hot and cooked well. It was busy but I got my food quickly too. A pleasant surprise!
