Today, I ordered a Wisconsin Six Cheese pizza with bread knots and cheese dipping sauce. Not only did I not get a Wisconsin Six Cheese, I received a pizza with barely any cheese and toppings were strewn about. Please see the picture for reference. Why was there so little cheese on the pizza? The cheese dipping sauce was primarily oil and was about half the amount typically received—see picture for reference. I called for a refund and they said they would only remake it and had no time estimate for delivery.

I order from here every weeknight, and have been for over a year (I live in southeastern Pennsylvania on weekends). The service has always been really good. I place my order when I’m on the Metro, and then I drive over. They sometimes even bring the order to me before I totally get out of my car.

The pizza isn’t bad, but you can’t get pizza at this location or they’ll tow your car. I went in to use the restroom while my order was still cooking and it was gone. You’ll have to pick up dominos at another location

We ordered 2 pizzas online for pick up. We requested no garlic oil on the crust for one of the pizzas. As I arrive, I see the maker applying the garlic oil to a pizza crust. Wasn’t sure it was ours until he hands it to me. I ask if the Hawaiian pizza had garlic oil. He inspected, muttered something, talked to another employee and the promptly started making another pizza. Nothing is communicated, no apology, no time to recook the next pizza. And athough he didn’t say much, his expressions were very perturbed. Meanwhile, he leaves the other pizza on the counter. 5 mins later, when he returns up front I asked him if he could put that pizza under a heat lamp. If I hadn’t asked, he was perfectly fine just letting it sit there getting cold.

Numerous issues going back several months. Had a particularly frustrating issue where they delivered 1/2 an order; I called and spoke to someone about resolving the issue when they put me on hold to look into the issue; 15 minutes later I was still on hold so I called the store from my work phone and the same guy picked up and listened to me describe the issue like we’d never spoken before (never did get off hold btw). Today my delivery driver left my food on the ground in the lobby of my apartment without attempting to make contact beforehand. I’m not going to bother with this location anymore, they truly don’t care.

This place needs to shut down ASAP! Shady manager doing shady business with a shady towing company with violent people. They will tow your car after 5 minutes or less parked there, as a customer of the stores in the same building. The parking says Domino’s Pizza but it doesn’t say anything that you will be tow (the guy is lurking), and you will have to pay $185 – and cash because they are a shady business and most probably are not paying their fair share of taxes. Should be investigated and closed, both businesses, the Domino’s Pizza and the tow company they use that have some sort of fixing / shady agreement with each other.

Surprisingly good…. very good. I haven’t had Domino’s in like 10 years. This is way better. The crust is seasoned and the pizza was done to perfection. I would recommend giving them a try especially if you have not be to a Domino’s in a while like me.
