just placed an order on Uber Eats. I’m traveling and not familiar with the area and have been having a hard time finding food that seemed halfway decent. I ordered a pizza, side salad and a side of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was good. Same with the mozz sticks. The salad was fresh and full. Huge plump tomatoes. Stuffed full with ingredients! Back home where I live, their salads are just iceberg lettuce with a cherry tomato if you’re lucky. . I was happy dancing while eating the salad!

The Chicken Parm Grinder I got was good but I’m not sure about anything else on the menu because the reviews are so mixed here. But definitely take my word on the grinders, they’re delicious.

Terrible customer service. Argumentative and takes no responsibility when orders are mixed up. Place is dead slow and they still couldn’t get order of wings right, then refused to get some Buffalo sauce for wings. Unbelievable.

Ordered a steak and cheese grinder and wings online. Called the store to change the wings to chicken tenders and the manager said they were already cooked and couldn’t change the order. This was within seconds of ordering. We got the food and its premade/store bought. Not coming back

Garlic knots and broccoli Alfredo…thankfully the garlic knots were good, which is the one star the broccoli Alfredo was barely edible. Alfredo sauce was mostly oil, the broccoli was over cooked so much it was a soggy mess. I could only force myself to eat half, cause I was starving. I’m sure if I ate it all, I’d be all night long. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY,

Horrible. I asked for provolone cheese. He gave me American, said I was wrong, hung up on me. I asked for it toasted it was hot but didn’t get any toast on it, the bread just got soggy. I called to let them know not asking for a refund or anything I just thought he would appreciate knowing. I was very calm in talking to him until he starting screaming at me saying I do this a million times probably. He was screaming at me and wouldnt even let me get a word in after i asked excuse me multiple times. And literally my first time calling a place to say it was horrible. The man with an accent is a horrible human being and has no customer service. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. Will never ever return, 1st and last time ever there. Plus there was no line or lunch crowd completely dead so it’s not like they were just slammed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I was excited for it to be good, but was highly disappointed. My tenders were freezer burnt, then fried to the point where it was cracking on the inside. The onion rings were burnt and soggy. They also tasted like fish. Which is obviously a health issue. If someone were to order these with a seafood allergy, they would have ended up with an allergic reaction. The wings were drenched in sauce and way too over cooked. Don’t go here.

I just tried the Italian rub wings and oh man they were awful. Chewy and the only thing I tasted was salt. Should be called heart attack wings. There was nothing Italian about them just the overwhelming taste of salt. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hope someone deciding on a flavor reads this first.

Go to pick up order and they didn’t honor the 20% coupon like menu in mail stated because they used system was down. A free soda doesn’t make up for money saved. Why didn’t they just take total and minus the 20% and run total for that on card no all about money!!!! New management better keep trying won’t be going back.
