Always ordered from this location and always excellent service until today. The “manager” Jake hung up on my face twice because I told him that the amount of meat in the sandwich was almost non existent. He claims they weigh them. I realize that, but in this case it must of been a mistake. I told him I would text pictures and he hung up on my face. Just lost two loyal customers and will spread the word. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for a manager and any business.

I cant believe that I was on my way home and thought how nice it would be to stop and grab a carryout pizza to take home. So i order it online went into the location and paid fot the pizza, this was at 10pm and after I pay for it this guy says please step outside because our lobby is closed, i couldn’t believe it but he was for real, i had to stand outside the door to wait for my pizza to finish cooking, even though the hours clearly say 12am for carryout orders! Unbelievable, the fact they waited till I paid made it worse!

Went into the store to order while my elderly mother sat in the car with motor and a/c running. Did not have time or patience for what played out here. Black kid running the order register had zero clue what he was doing, while another black dude with long dreadlocks and no hair net made the pizzas.

Cold food. Don’t even know what this is that they delivered. Tastes really bad too. The food came out of the oven almost an hour before it was delivered to me. The picture attached is supposed to be “cinnamon bread twists”.

Parking is widely available in this lot. My order was accurate & prepared in a very efficient manner. The cashier was welcoming & efficient. The price was $8.55 with tax due to the use of a coupon. The pizza was fresh & tasty. The distribution of ingredients was uneven (some had lots and others had little toppings). Overall, this was a wonderful & satisfying experience!

I recently ordered from them only to ended up arguing with the Driver about my address because he couldn’t find my condo. Blaming me saying “Did you put it in right I don’t see [Condo #]!” I had to leave my condo and pick up my order in the parking lot. Turns out he was a building down, the building that didn’t have my # on plaque with all the units, and drove past my place. They should pick their drivers better if I’m gonna be charged $5 for delivery. Their pizza is good and they made everything correctly, but its not worth bad service.

My pizza took over 45 minutes to get to me! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible customer service I called to see what happened and why it took so long and I was left on hold for so long I hung up! My pizza arrived cold. Order from another location, this place is ridiculous!
