The food was interesting, it’s a fun take on quesadillas, the one I had was a special for that day. Mac Miller I think is what the name was. It had chorizo, shelled white Mac and Cheese with Hot Cheetos and a zesty sauce drizzle. It was pretty good. We spent about 55 for 4 meals with drinks and a queso with chips.

Stopped in here without really knowing anything about it. We were pleasantly surprised! Quesadillas were delicious! We each got the meal and subbed queso and chips for one of the elote sides. We’ll definitley be back!

The only reason this restaurant didn’t get a 5 is because it was so COLD inside and you have to pay to park.

So happy they have GF tortillas!!!! I would advise they cook them to a golden brown. The undercooked tortilla taste isn’t great. Instead of eating them for lunch i took them home and cooked them some more. Very tasty!!! The pickled onions really add a zing that I loved!

Their quesadillas are incredible and their churros are just the right amount of crispy and creamy. “Make it dirty, you won’t regret it” is their way of saying the cheese baked to the outside of the quesadilla makes the whole thing all the better! Get it to go in their handy holders (see photo) or eat in and enjoy the view of Dickson St.

Save yourself your $30 for two of these and go to a real Mexican restaurant. The “Ribeye” steak in the quesadillas is ground beef and the whole concept of it tasted like an expensive Taco Bell. ☹️ Disappointed and still hungry

The quesadillas come in a variety of tasty combinations for meat eaters and vegans alike. I ordered steak in its spiciest offering. The hot sauce my order came with was impressively hot and flavorful too. I’m not easy to please with spicy levels. Whatever your preferred ingredients, order it “dirty.” You’ll be happy you did. Upon entry, I immediately liked their concept for a restaurant that caters to the local college crowd with damn good quesadillas. Word of mouth has evidently been good to them. PLOMO was recommended to me by someone who had it recommended to them by someone else and none of us live in the area. Congratulations to them on opening their newest locations. I asked the owner for a picture and he happily obliged. They’re obviously doing something right. This is a restaurant to watch.

Loved the new basil pesto based quesadilla (forgot the official name for it though)! Great deal for great food! So close to campus! Love the promos too! My bf and I enjoy going here! Thanks!

Really good quesadillas with a unique theme and presentation! All the names of the main menu items were named after drug lords. The quesadillas are handed to you in a cone shaped container.

Burnt tortilla with a little bit of cheese. Sauce is in a cup and not added to the tortilla, so the quesadillas are extra dry.
