We’ve been coming to the Bufford location across the street from the Mall of Georgia for a few years. We’ve had the jalapeño, Buffalo, and signature chicken salad scoops. We also like the croissant chicken salad sandwich. The broccoli salad side is very tasty, crisp, and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The service is always great. Our son loves the cookie that comes with your meal.

The food is okay, for having “chicken salad” on the name, the chicken salad is just okay.. nothing too special.. I guess the various opinions of chicken salad are the real selling point.. tastes fresh. Atmosphere in the restaurant feels really dated.. I think that’s done on purpose? Employees are nice.

I love chicken salad chick! My only criticism is they do not greet you upon entering. I always order pick up and I usually have to get someone’s attention to ask for my order. Food is always great though!!

I’ve wanted to try this place for a long time. I know they are franchised and you will probably get a different experience at every location but the food should be the same. I had a scoop of Fruity Fran and that was the smallest scoop I’ve ever seen. It came on a plate with one pickle spear, a lettuce leaf, some crackers, and a little cookie that ended up being the best part of the whole meal. The chicken salad tasted good but it was such a small portion that I was still hungry when I was done eating. My husband had the chicken salad BLT sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. He enjoyed the sandwich, but again, the amount of chicken salad was very small. The prices are high, but they are high every where these days. I will try it again at another location and hope that the service will be friendlier. The servers did not seem to care what they looked like and were not friendly at all.

Not sure what it is with this place but it’s always full of mother and grandmother types. I’m a middle aged guy. Anyway, the chicken salad is top notch and the bread is toasted perfect. It’s a great place to eat, even if you’re not an old lady, lol.

We were told about this place. Having never heard of Chicken Salad Chick, we decided to give them a try. If you’re a chicken salad person, then this is the place for you! Awesome menu choices and the staff was accommodating despite the busyness they were experiencing. The food was fresh and delicious.

Okay. Not sure what all the hype is about. My sandwich – the original – was good. Things that detracted: chicken salad was a little more mayonnaise-y than I like and the chicken was macerated; no chunks or pieces at all. The place is a bit plain. My expectations were just higher going in.

I came here for a lunch with my mother, it wasn’t our first choice, However, I’m glad we did! I had the soup and scoop! Absolutely delicious flavors.! My order tasted like Buffalo Wings! They also give you a compliment cookie as well! We will certainly be back!

Ava and Brenon are on point! I give them 5 stars. The store was clean and neat. They were ready to assist when I walked in. They were helpful when I had a hiccup with my order. I stand by my 5 star rating of not only the restaurant but the employees as well. I’ve not been paid, I’m just a person who visited and after tonight will definitely be back. And yes, the food was good and fresh!
