Called and ordered. Mentioned I had a coupon to make it 25$. Get there when it’s all done, and they said 38$ and refused to accept the coupon, but told me every other pizza hut around me accepted it. Walked out and got dominoes for cheaper and delivered to me. How are you guys still open with 3 star average?

I called in an order I ordered 3 med pizzas, cheese sticks, traditional wings. But I got 3 dry pizzas, and bread no cheese and boneless wings. They had to remake my food and it was very dry. They also gave people the wrong orders and had to shut the store down for the day from any orders because they got so backed up . Waste of money . I want a refund. I have contacted corporate. I come here at least 4 to 5 times a month and the food has never been this bad!!!! I’m highly upset. I should have just stuck with papa John’s. Very disappointed I wish there was a half a star option. I wont waste my money there anymore.

Ordered the spicy lovers pizza and they gave me a pepperoni with pepper flakes on it… and they also didn’t give me parmesan cheese I paid for. And to top it off some worker was in the back coughing all on her hands. Terrible customer service, never coming back.

I placed an order using the app and did the contactless curbside pick up and they took for ever to bring it out. I ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks one of the pizzas had a hair on it Then I called to see if they could redo it and I was hung up on. My wife called back to speak to some one else and they said they could redo it to go back and pick it up she asked if they could deliver it instead of us picking up since our kids were already hungry and ready to eat and she said no that they would have to charge us delivery my wife explained that it was not our mistake the pizza had a hair in it and the manager continued to argue with her about how it was impossible for them to deliver it with out a delivery fee. Worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut location customer service is one of the most important things for any company and I guess these employees don’t have that experience.

Pizza Hut is not as good as I remember. It tasted dry and bland. I did my order online and it was pretty quickly. The crust is not very flavorful like it used to. I believe they got rid of their garlic parmesan flavor crust.

I did an order and after an hour waiting I called to check on the delivery eta and the manager she said her name was Tammy with a horrible attitude told me to wait so they can remake the order cause they delivered the food and probably somebody took it. I told her I’ve been infront of my door waiting for the order and nobody has come. the only answer I got from her was “we’ll or you wait or you want a refund” so after she hung up on me I’m now without the food and who knows when I’ll have that refund.
